Acceleration of Ascension Process- From 3d through 4th to 5D
Dear All, 🤗😍❤️🙏😇🌈
So how are we FEELING in recent days? Are we Feeling that that things are accelerating, even faster than ever...?
Have some of us started ''Spring cleaning'' early..? ie things & stuff that not longer serve us being drawn to our attention that removing it asap is imperative...?
What about the Ascension Process physical symptoms...? ie foggy head, headaches, disorientation,dizziness, weird sensations around the heart area, nausea, abdominal issues, flu symptoms, sinus issues, heavy legs, muscle aches, back pain, etc etc... emotional & mental stuff coming up for release ... relationship issues & challenges coming up... drama...
Breakups & Breakdowns..... 😔😞😖😣😢😭😟 etc etc

Well..., it is all part of whats happening ... ie Increased acceleration of the Ascension Process...
meaning the Cosmic electro - magnetic waves sweeping the planet are now happening more frequently & with much more intensity .

As a Spiritual Life Coach & Mentor, I have been asked increasingly in recent weeks & especially in recent days, What is happening...? What's going on...?
So with this in mind, I wish to share a few things, recently ''downloaded'' in the stillness, that may be of assistance.
What does Being True to OURSELVES really mean...?
It means Following our hearts & Listening & Responding to our ''gut feelings'' ... ie Our IN - Tention & IN - Tuition...
the direction from the I AM Within ..
responding to our IN - Tuition ie Being Response - Able, our ability to Respond to the INNER Voice .
The I AM Within through our soul & heart directing the mind & body.
Essentially the ''I '' directing the ''me''...
the INNER True I AM Within Self directing the ego mind self & the ego becoming at ONE with the I AM WithIN
It means Following our hearts & Listening & Responding to our ''gut feelings'' ... ie Our IN - Tention & IN - Tuition...

responding to our IN - Tuition ie Being Response - Able, our ability to Respond to the INNER Voice .

Essentially the ''I '' directing the ''me''...
the INNER True I AM Within Self directing the ego mind self & the ego becoming at ONE with the I AM WithIN
We are rapidly being Shifted from the 3rd dimensional mind & world that we have been subjected to for aeons ...
to the New Paradigm ... ie the 5th Dimension.
to the New Paradigm ... ie the 5th Dimension.
This inherently means the collapse of the old dis - eased & dysfunctional era & the dawn of a Whole & Complete new era... This process is an unprecedented Shift known as the Ascension Process & is essentially that period of transition between 3rd & 5th Dimension...
So this transition period could really be termed as the ''4th''.

ie 100% Aware & Fully Conscious of the Truth of Who & What We Are & indeed Why We arrived on planet earth...
but were very quickly programmed out of BEing ...
disconnected from our I AM Source & Power centre into the limitation of the human ''mindset'' false identity ''me'' & ''mine'' of doing & having,
so that we could be puppets on someone's or something else's strings...
ie 100% Aware & Fully Conscious of the Truth of Who & What We Are & indeed Why We arrived on planet earth...
but were very quickly programmed out of BEing ...
disconnected from our I AM Source & Power centre into the limitation of the human ''mindset'' false identity ''me'' & ''mine'' of doing & having,

Essentially we were programmed out of BEing where we were Fully Aware & Conscious of Who & What We Are
into Amnesia & we completely forgot Who & What We TRULY Are..& Why We Are here!!
This initially happened in the ''Garden of Eden'' story...
as described in the Judeo - Christian bible...
known as the ''fall from Grace'',
where humanity partook of the ''tree of knowledge of good & evil'' ....
the ego mindset [ could it be that we were interfered with & implanted with the reptilian brain ... ?? ],
disconnected from the ''Tree of Life'' ie the I AM Within... disconnected from their BEING- ness soul & heart & the original, created in the ''image & likeness '' of the I AM that I AM Creator Source .
So we as human BEings essentially died spiritually, survival mentality, subject to the figment of the imagination lie of ''time & space'', the fear of death & consequently became programmed ''human doings & havings'' where survival mentality, dis - ease & the fear of death of mind & body came into existence
Essentially , humanity died to the TRUTH of its BEing...
that they Really Are created in the image & likeness of the I AM that I AM Creator & that We Are Eternal & IN-finite I AM Within Connected BEings.
into Amnesia & we completely forgot Who & What We TRULY Are..& Why We Are here!!

Hence, that is why it is known as the Awakening...
I call this the 3rd stage of the Ascension Process.
ALL problems & issues that humanity manifested were created by the disconnected self & programmed ego of ''mans mind'' & false identity , the ''me'' & ''mine'' mindset ...

So in order for us to BE what We are Supposed to BE , Do & Have ,
We MUST get RE - Connected & STAY connected!!
It is what I term as ..
STAYING 24/7 Connected , Directed & Protected...
How futile & useless would that be...?
Well, that's what we as humans are like when we are dis - connected from the I AM Within Power Source...
So in order for us to BE what We are Supposed to BE , Do & Have ,
We MUST get RE - Connected & STAY connected!!
It is what I term as ..
STAYING 24/7 Connected , Directed & Protected...
Humans have arrived at the period of Re - Membering ...
.where our lives as we have known them are being turned upside down... & our world...
So that our lives & world can be turned the right way up!

By once again learning again & remember how to Breathe Consciously & Properly, as we innately [ IN - nately ] knew How to & Why to , when we arrived on the planet.... !!
ie . remembering that Every IN Breath is our connection to the I AM that I AM Creator Source.

And Every Out Breath is an Ex - pression of Who & What we Are & our IN-timate connection to & IN-teraction with ALL of Creation....
our ONE - ness ie Conscious Awareness that We Are ONE with Everyone & Everything...

So when we were interfered with , we went into fear... ie the ''fearful'' mindset & we stopped breathing properly

& that is Why we were programmed out of it.

So then we once again become Co - Creators.
Our lives shift from that disconnected state of worry, stress, dis - ease, pressure, lack , limitation etc & become Effortless ease, living in Trust & Gratitude where we Attract the ''right situations, right people at the right time''... just like the rest of Creation.
It means where our doing & having, ie what we do & have in our lives is in EXACT alignment & harmony with our Inner BEING, the I AM Within Us , the EXACT ONE-ness & harmony with the I AM that I AM Creator Source.
So then we once again become Co - Creators.

ie em-body-ment ... Im - body mind... I AM Body & Mind.... TOTAL ONE-ness ... no more ''civil war'' between the I AM & the ego mind ...
soul , heart , mind & body BEing At One...
We have arrived at atonement...
at - ONE - ment... ie at - ONE - mind
in other words , our soul & heart is directing the mind & body
because the INNER Self is in Perfect ONEness & harmony with I AM Source, we are now Completely, Wholly & Fully in Alignment with the Laws Of Attraction , Vibration & Growth / Manifestation.
