The Relationship with Our TRUE Self & Others

Dear All, 
As the Ascension Process continues to accelerate , so does the re- alignment of our lives & values.... We are either presently or very soon we will All be      ''Shaken to the Core'' [ le coeur - French word for the heart]. 
Every aspect of our lives is changing or is being forced to change from the external [ ex - terre -nal] to the IN-Ternal [ IN- Terre - nal] .    As the external ego mis - identity [ ie the disempowering , destructive beliefs about ourselves & the world... attachment to what we think, do & have] falls away or is removed [ ie Breakdown], it allows the True Self & values to emerge... ie the I AM Within & our external lives will be rearranged in accordance with our Innermost Truth. Our lives will be Congruent & Authentic.... ''as WithIn , so without''.
What this means , in effect,is that Every aspect of our lives, will be Directed from the I AM Within, through our soul & heart... & the mind & body will respond to that direction. As a result, our outer reality & lives will be a ex- pression from the Inner I AM WithIN... the  IM  - Pression [ I AM - Pression]. 
We are being forced to Remember Who & What We Are....   & to once again ''fall IN Love''    WithIN Ourselves... meaning fall out of the ego head beliefs into the I AM WithIn, the soul & heart ....Then we REALISE [ Real - I-se] & Re - Member that Everyone Else & ALL of Creation is Exactly the same as Ourselves....   We Are ALL Love & Light BEings, BEing Love & Light... .   And This IS the Truth that sets Us FREE. 
 This is the New Relationship... a WHOLE-some awareness & relationship of soul, heart, mind, body.  Then it will automatically follow that our ''relationships'' with Others will be literally WHOLE-some
This is exactly what was meant when Christ said 2000 years ago..... ''Love the Lord Thy God [ ie the I AM that I AM WithIN] with All your soul, heart mind & strength...  And Love  Thy neighbour [ ie Everyone & Everything in the UNI-Verse... ALL of Creation...],
AS Thyself [ ie the I AM WithIN True Self] ...
Meaning loving , caring for , nurturing, respecting,esteeming, honouring Ourselves on ALL levels, 
EQUALLY with Others.
Also , the words of Shakespeare...
'' ABOVE ALL, to Thine OWN Self , 
BE TRUE...''
And also , in the words of the song by Whitney Houston & George Benson ...''Learning [ Remembering] to Love Yourself...
IS the Greatest Love of ALL....''
BE-ing, DO-ing & Have -ing this in our Daily Lives IS the Truth ...
Meaning  LIVING the Truth which sets us FREE...   
So BE It...
