Who You Really Are.....

It surely is IN - Terre - est -IN-g times we are IN... 
Lots of introspection [ IN - TRUE - spect - I - on ] & soul searching, assimilation [ as - I - AM - I - lation ] , IN - tegration, realignment [ Real - I-gnment ] , resetting of boundar - I - es, 
BEing Authent - I-c & Authent - I -c BEing,
where WE Are TRUE To Ourselves & Eachother ,
in ALL aspects of our BEing - soul , heart , mind & body, releasing, clearing, cleansing, removing addictions & anything that is not conducive to our Own Well - BEing, on ALL levels, , living Truly Authentic Lives, our Outward lives an Expression of Our INNER Truth of the I AM WITHIN, to Be AT ONE with our Fellow Beings IN Mutual Love , Trust, Honour, IN - tegrity & Respect .... 
In recent days,being a Well Being Coach , Relationship Coach, Spiritual Life Coach & Mentor,  it has become Very Clear, that the time has come to perfect that delicate balance of Love of Ourselves with the Love for Others, that Pure Unselfish Thoughtful Love that savours of the Christ Consciousness, that Pure Unconditional Love.... 
The following words of Christ & Shakespeare have been resonating Very Loudly in my mind , heart & soul in recent days......
'' Love the Lord Thy God [ ie the I AM WITHIN] with All your soul, heart, mind & body ... And your neighbour [ ie Everyone & ALL of Creation], As YourSelf ''[ ie the I AM Inner TRUE Self ] 
''Above ALL, To Thine Own Self , 
BE True''
How can We BE True to or Unconditionally Love Ourselves, 
Until We KNOW Who & What We TRULY ARE... ? 
How can we expect Others to Love Us Unconditionally , 
Until They KNOW Who & What They TRULY Are & Fall IN to the Pure Unconditional Love of the I AM Within Themselves....? 
When We Fall [ out of our ego heads] IN to Love with OUR True Selves, our soul & heart , the I AM WITHIN, then We Live our lives IN Love & We Are now Response - Able...
