Dear All, 🤗😍❤️🙏😇🌈 So how are we FEELING in recent days? Are we Feeling that that things are accelerating, even faster than ever...?  Have some of us started ''Spring cleaning'' early..? ie things & stuff that not longer serve us being drawn to our attention that removing it asap is imperative...?  What about the Ascension Process physical symptoms...? ie foggy head, headaches, disorientation,dizziness, weird sensations around the heart area, nausea, abdominal issues, flu symptoms, sinus issues, heavy legs, muscle aches, back pain, etc etc... emotional & mental stuff coming up for release ... relationship issues & challenges coming up... drama... Breakups & Breakdowns..... 😔😞😖😣😢😭😟 etc etc Well..., it is all part of whats happening ... ie Increased acceleration of the Ascension Process...  meaning the Cosmic electro - magnetic waves sweeping the planet are now happening more frequently & with much more intensity . As a Spiritual Life ...

In the very early hours of the morning recently , I woke with a voice saying the following words ''Shaken to the Core'' ....  Then immediately the voice said - ''the French word for the heart is Le Coeur''💖 Wow!! - ''Shaken to Le Coeur'' - ''SHAKEN TO THE HEART''.....💖💖 EXACTLY!!!! YES!!! Of Course !! That is Exactly what is Now happening !! Everything is being Shaken to the Core & People are being Shaken to Le Coeur 💖 - Shaken out of the fear based destructive beliefs & indoctrination in the head to the Core [ Le Coeur] Heart 💖 & Soul 😇Values of Love, Inner Peace & Truth. INNER Knowing replacing indoctrination fear based thinking & beliefs. EVERYTHING humans created with altered ego mindset is being Shake...

Dear All,  As the Ascension Process continues to accelerate , so does the re- alignment of our lives & values.... We are either presently or very soon we will All be      ''Shaken to the Core'' [ le coeur - French word for the heart].  Every aspect of our lives is changing or is being forced to change from the external [ ex - terre -nal] to the IN-Ternal [ IN- Terre - nal] .    As the external ego mis - identity [ ie the disempowering , destructive beliefs about ourselves & the world... attachment to what we think, do & have] falls away or is removed [ ie Breakdown], it allows the True Self & values to emerge... ie the I AM Within & our external lives will be rearranged in accordance with our Innermost Truth.
